Good to be back 
I made Ahred wake up early to go to church with me, and that makes me his parents' favorite female friend.
Our belief in God had caused our paths to cross, but there were many other commonalities and experiences we shared that cemented the friendship.
There was something comforting about sharing breakfast with him at Macdonald's on a Sunday morning, and I realized that this was a small but important step for the both of us in our journey of faith. Even the rain and the lure of the malls could not stop us.
Service was good and I was glad to be back in His sanctuary. The beautiful tambourine dancers and simple worship, the earnest prayer of congregation and the sound preaching of the pastor brought much nourishment to my soul.
We will be back next week!

And I also met dearest Jo at Cityhall for a late lunch, a bout of shopping and Starbucks coffee.
To celebrate my entrance into ADSK glory, I bought this Coach beauty and it only set me back $1005!
Who am I kidding? So I totally fell in love with the bag but decided that it was a sin to spend so much money for a stupid label when the money can be put to much better use.
So I settled for a camel leather bag from Toscano for a fifth of the price instead.
Yay for sensibility!
