I have come under the curse of the credit card. Swipe, sign and go- this is the modern convenience offered by an increasingly live-on-credit cashless society. The impact of your purchase doesn't hit you until the end of the month when your bill comes in, and so you slowly swipe your life away.
A fancy meal at a restaurant, an air ticket to Hong Kong on a whim, a couple of movie tickets for a night out, a photo printer on sale, a video-MP3 player as an upgrade, the dress that you just need to have, and then the watch that you didn't buy when you saw it in KL, the 4th season of Gilmore Girls ... Ouch.
I only have two cards, and they are so worn from use that they are fraying at the sides.
