La Poursuite #7: Jouvaud
Last Friday, I actually made it for Japanese class (after missing about 4-5 lessons, bad bad girl!) and Mel and I got to keep our Friday date.
We took the Hibiya to Roppongi and headed to the basement of Roppongi Hills for gourmet sandwich at
The Pantry before we headed to my favourite Mori Art museum for their latest exhibition
Art Is for the Spirit: Works from The UBS Art Collection.
Although we were inspired, it made us hungrier than ever and we wandered in the direction of Nishi-Azabu in search for a good cafe.
After about 30 minutes, we found
Jouvard in the upscale neighbourhood of Hiroo and gave our poor legs a rest.
It had a cottage feel and served dainty cakes and organic coffee that came in tiny afternoon tea cups, and the restaurant was glowing from the natural afternoon sun streaming in the window.
It was a beautiful day, and I was happy to be with my girl. :)
