La Poursuite #5: Cafe OHANA
After the Kabuki performance, K and I retreated to Cafe Ohana hidden in the alleyways of Ginza-sanchome.
By far the pricest cafe I've visited (1000 yen for a thin slice of cake and drip coffee), it overlooks the glitzy boutiques in the vicinity and felt like my little oasis. The interior was simple but tastefully-done and the desserts were served like minature art works.
We spent two hours sharing openly and chatting away like old friends, and I am glad we got to spend time together.
I find myself falling more and more in love with this city despite its many flaws, and perchance it is your presence that has made everything new.
